Physiotherapy

At our clinic, we offer physiotherapy services with a full-body approach to assessment and treatment. Our physiotherapist, Saja, brings extensive training in orthopaedics, IMS (dry needling), concussion management, core integration, and Connect Therapy Sports Thorax. She is also a graduate of the Integrated Systems Model (ISM), which focuses on holistic assessment and individualized care.

Saja incorporates movement-based therapies and Clinical Pilates to support functional strength and recovery. With a special interest in breathwork, deep core strengthening, and prenatal/postpartum care, our physiotherapy services are designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and support your wellness journey.

Reflexology

Reflexology is an art and science based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet, hands and ears. The feet, hands and ears are microcosm of the body, reflecting the entire body; all the organs and glands. By applying pressure with specific thumb and finger techniques, reflexology will reduce tension, promote relaxation, increase circulation and bring body back to balance/homeostasis.
